Glover Enterprises Billing End-User License Agreement

1. Purpose and authorized users

Glover Enterprises, LLC operates Glover Enterprises Billing, a private internal-use utility billing integration described at https://qbo.mspamplified.com. This agreement is for authorized business operators, not renters or public subscribers. There is no public signup or renter app account. Renters would receive invoices through QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Integrations are not yet fully authorized or implemented. Describing a function here does not mean it is active, connected or approved by Intuit.

2. Limited permission

This agreement grants authorized operator users a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use available app functions solely for lawful, authorized utility billing on behalf of Glover Enterprises, LLC. Permission depends on continued operator authorization and compliance with this agreement and applicable provider terms. No ownership of the app is transferred.

Users must not sublicense, resell or provide unauthorized access to the app; interfere with its operation or security; bypass access restrictions; or access, disclose or modify data without authority. Broad technical permissions do not authorize unrelated accounting activity.

3. Intended workflow and operator review

When enabled and authorized, the app is intended to retrieve relevant water, gas and internet statements from a designated Gmail mailbox and power statements through Georgia Power's website. It would divide each current-period bill by four, use previous customer utility invoices as templates, and create and send itemized invoices to three renters through QBO. Rental payment collection is not a promised app function.

Authorized operators are responsible for approving automation rules, including allocation rules, keeping configuration current and reviewing exceptions and results as appropriate; scheduled unattended monthly invoice sending may proceed under those approved rules with validated source bills and duplicate prevention, provided exceptions stop the affected workflow rather than being resolved by guessing, without requiring separate approval of each invoice. Automation can misread statements, reuse outdated information, duplicate work or fail. Operators must verify results and resolve discrepancies rather than rely on automation alone.

4. Connections and third-party services

Connecting services requires appropriate authority and may require operator action. Users must safeguard credentials and tokens and must not place them or personal billing records on public pages.

Intuit and other providers have separate terms, permissions and privacy practices. Approved AI or automation providers may be used for authorized processing. This agreement does not replace provider terms, grant access to their services or represent endorsement by Intuit. Provider availability and acceptance are outside the app's control.

5. Suspension and disconnection

Glover Enterprises, LLC may suspend or revoke app access when authorization ends, misuse occurs or operational or security needs require it. Authorized operators may disconnect services or revoke tokens through available controls; completing disconnection may require operator action. Public page visits and GET requests cannot revoke company access.

Disconnection does not delete existing invoices, accounting records, source bills or all backups. Record handling is addressed in the privacy statement and remains subject to applicable obligations.

6. Availability and responsibility

The internal-use app is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Glover Enterprises, LLC makes no warranty of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, error-free operation or provider acceptance. Users should maintain appropriate review and recovery procedures.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Glover Enterprises, LLC disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from app use or unavailability. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waives protections that applicable law does not permit users to waive.
