Glover Enterprises Billing Privacy Statement

Purpose and scope

Glover Enterprises, LLC operates Glover Enterprises Billing, a private internal-use utility billing integration. Its public site is https://qbo.mspamplified.com. Access is limited to authorized business operators; there is no public signup and no renter app account. Renters would receive invoices through QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Integrations are not yet fully authorized or implemented. This statement describes intended processing when the relevant connections and functions are enabled; it does not mean automated billing is active or that Intuit has approved the app.

The intended workflow retrieves relevant water, gas and internet statements from a designated Gmail mailbox and power statements through Georgia Power's website. Each current-period utility bill would be divided by four. Previous customer utility invoices would serve as templates for itemized invoices created and sent through QBO to three renters.

Information used

For authorized billing tasks, the app may process:

• Operator authorization identifiers and OAuth tokens used to connect services.
• Relevant utility statements, account identifiers, service dates and charges.
• Customer contact information and invoice records needed to prepare, review and send utility invoices.
• Basic operational and security records, such as connection events, processing status and errors.

Intuit's Accounting authorization scope permits broad accounting access. That technical permission does not make all accounting data necessary to this workflow. Intended use remains limited to records needed for authorized tasks. Operators should avoid submitting unrelated information.

Processing and service providers

Information would be used to retrieve statements, calculate allocations, prepare and send invoices, resolve errors, maintain accounting records and protect authorized access.

Providers may include Intuit/QBO, relevant utility and email providers, hosting and network providers, and approved AI or automation service providers when used for authorized processing. Relevant information may be transmitted to those providers to perform the task. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. This statement makes no assurance about model-training use without provider-specific evidence; provider selection and settings require review before billing information is submitted.

Advertising, data sales and public disclosure of billing information are not part of the intended workflow. Public pages must not contain credentials or personal billing records.

Public pages and security

No analytics, advertising tracking or user signup is planned for the public pages. Hosting or network services may process basic request and security records. Functional authentication or security mechanisms, including cookies where necessary, may be used; this is not a promise that every future version will be cookie-free.

Reasonable safeguards should include restricted operator access, owner-only local token files and HTTPS for public and applicable service connections. The current token-storage plan does not provide encrypted-at-rest storage. No storage method or transmission system is risk-free, and this statement does not guarantee security or prevention of unauthorized access.

Retention and disconnection

Information should be retained only as needed for operations, accounting records, disputes, security or applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and the systems holding it; no fixed retention period is promised.

Authorized operators may revoke tokens or disconnect services using available provider or operator controls. Disconnection may require operator action. It does not delete existing accounting records, invoices, source bills or every backup. Public page visits or GET requests cannot revoke company access.

Requests will be handled subject to identity and authority verification, recordkeeping obligations and available system capabilities. This process does not promise deletion of records that must be retained or establish jurisdiction-specific rights.

When revised, the statement will show an updated date on the public site. Individual email notification is not promised.
